75 and Sunny!

It is a beautiful day in Columbus, Oh! 75 degrees and sunny outside! Write a brief paragraph explaining how you feel after our weekly walk around the neighborhood!

  1. The walk every week makes me feel better. Although during its sometimes hard to breath if it gets too hot. I'm a bad smoker so I'm not good with much movement but once i sit down afterwards it makes me feel overall better. I really wish we could walk to Shiller Park. Its so pretty up there and there are lots of trails. It really isn't that far but I think we should look into it.

  2. I always feel better after a walk. When I end a walk my mood is somewhat better then it was before because I dont feel lazy. It's a good stress releaver for me because it gives me time to clear my head. When we get back from our walks it usually motivates me to go and do more school work, but it also motivates me to do things when I get home that I need to do. Walking basically flips my day around and makes it go more smoothly because I have more enery.
