  1. I like to exercise with friends. Lately, a friend and I have been going to the park and using the teeter totter to try to strengthen our legs! Starting a workout or exercise with friends is also a great motivator!
    I also like to have random dance parties with myself or others. Flo Rida is one of my favorite artists to dance to.
